Volunteer opportunities

As a nonprofit, volunteers play an integral role in the success of the JK Community Farm. We have volunteer opportunities for both groups and individuals. Without the help of our amazing and generous volunteers we would not be able to donate over 113,000 lbs of fresh produce to food pantries each year. Our volunteers have the opportunity to learn a wide range of gardening skills such as , planting , harvesting, composting, and basic construction.

Volunteering at the JK Community Farm doesn’t require any previous farming experience as our staff will train you along the way!

Around the Farm

All donations contribute directly to the operating budget of the Farm. We work hard to ensure that the Farm can continue to provide education as well as fresh produce and protein for those in need. Your support can go a long way towards helping the Farm accomplish our goals!

We rely on support from the entire community, particularly from businesses and charities want to consider sponsorship. We recognize our sponsors in many ways, from shout outs on social media to logos on our site to private volunteer events.
