Hunger is a reality for many in our community. With the coronavirus, food insecurity is growing exponentially. We are committed to providing 230,000 lbs of fresh, organic food this season. It takes volunteers to make this happen and meet the growing need during this time, especially as other sources of food wane.

As the world continues to be impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic, we remain committed to serving our community while putting the safety of our staff and volunteers first.

  • During the COVID-19 Pandemic, we will be restricting our volunteer groups to follow CDC guidelines – currently 30 volunteers at a time.
  • While at the Farm, volunteers and staff will practice social distancing at all times.
  • We discourage anyone who falls into the “high risk” group from volunteering right now.
  • Please do not volunteer if you feel ill or have recently come into close contact with someone who is known to have the virus.

Volunteers who are unable to leave their homes during this difficult time are still greatly appreciated. We have tasks such as healthy seasonal recipes, food education activities, blog writing, and fundraising that we would love your help with! Please contact us.
