There’s a group of golf buddies who play at Loudoun Golf & Country Club in Purcellville, Virginia. We call ourselves “The Courseairs”. For years, this informal group has banded together to do charitable work and good deeds.

In July, I reached out to the group and asked for their help in providing hand pruners for the use of volunteers at The JK Community Farm. The Courseairs delivered. 25 pairs of gonicc 8″ Professional Premium Titanium Bypass Pruning Shears were promised by the group, and the first two were delivered earlier this week, on the same day as we received a visit from Congresswoman Barbara Comstock.

Here is a quick message of thanks from The JK Community Farm’s General Manager, Michael Smith.

Special thanks to local wealth management expert Anthony Tremonte who stepped up to provide 10 pruners. You are the MVP of our hand pruner drive!
